Ready to Grow
Ready to Grow is an after-school program that uses educational television as a springboard
for a wide range of children’s learning activities. The target learners for this project were child-care providers and parents who work with children in formal and informal after school settings. DLG principals directed this initiative for Maryland Public Television.

Thinkport
Thinkport is a cutting-edge, easy-to-use website that provides Maryland’s K-12 community
with a vast array of educational resources. The content of the site was created in response
to an extensive survey of Maryland educators, thereby ensuring that Thinkport would b
both relevant and useful. The target audience for this project was teachers, students and parents in the K-12 community. DLG principals directed this initiative for Maryland Public Television.

Words for Work
Words for Work is a quick-start multimedia program that teaches vocational ESL to Latinos to help them prepare them for the American workplace. The target learners for this project were Latino adults with limited English proficiency.
